Dear Humans,
Merry Merry Christmas to you all. Whether you are religious or not there is something very magical about this time of year. Everyone is focused on giving and I am so happy that this year I saw so many organisations raising money, gathering food and helping the needy over the Christmas period. Shout out to my aunties Mert and Merl for feeding those in need on Christmas and sacrificing most of their day, you guys are so inspiring.
For my blog post today I thought it would be cool to share a piece of my Christmas day with you. This post was supposed to be out yesterday however I had a bad wifi connection and was spending time with family. This is a Christmas in a Caribbean household and a mix between my mums side of the family and my dads.
At 10:30am I went to my aunts for a wonderful Christmas breakfast that consisted of...
10:30AM BREAKFAST
Ackee and Saltfish.
Callaloo.
Baked Plantain and Fried Dumplings.
Accompanied by Scrambled Eggs and Salmon.
For dinner I had an amazing Christmas dinner at my Aunts.
