Summer, how have you been? We've missed you. Summer dresses will forever be a staple summer wardrobe item, there really is a style for everyone but the freedom the playsuit brings is just liberating. There are so many styles to play with and you can cartwheel until your hearts content. I have seen some amazing styles this year, Warehouse have a new playsuit and jumpsuit collection, Zara have some cute casual styles and it is coming to sale time now my loves. Whether you are wanting to enjoy an afternoon brunch or a dressed down rooftop party, the playsuit is a must-have item in your wardrobe this summer. Let's get styling.

This cream playsuit is £13 from Primark (sorry I can't find the link), I've found the perfect casual playsuit for only £13, can you believe it? I wanted to create a laid-back and playful look so I paired it with my Zara back pack, white Adidas Superstars and small gold hoops as always (Melanin is models own). I would rock this look to the park while I'm drinking a vodka and coke out of a red cup.

Why not add a little colour to your wardrobe with a vibrant playsuit, this one was £12.99 in the Zara sale and I paired it with these Zara sandals for £25.99. This pretty much sums up why Zara is my longest reigning favourite shop. This jumpsuit is a dream, the material is super light and keeps you cool on the hottest of days.

Playsuits can easily be dressed up for summer evenings, I love unique details on clothing and I fell in love with this peplum style playsuit instantly. Add a cute pair of perspex heels and a white bag and you are good to go. This playsuit is last summers Missguided collection but amazingly it is still online here. I would wear this to a roof top bar or to hang out with my girls.

If you are stuck on what style will suit you check out this new collection from Warehouse, there is something for everyone.

Love, Shay.
