Dear Humans,

2018 is less than a month away and while I am not thrilled for my Facebook timeline to be filled up with 'new year, new me' statuses but I am actually looking forward to a new year, here's why.

In the last year I have actually achieved some of my goals like finding a job that allows me to spend most on my blog and actually making money from my passion. While I have a lot more to accomplish, 2018 is the year that I am finally in a position to keep pushing forward with my goals and dreams. Everything I am hoping for can be achieved simply by me getting up and doing the work.

Here are 2018 personal and blogging plans.

1. About that rebrand

It took me a while to work out the everything that comes with a rebrand. I need to do some shoots, actually buy the Domain Name and I had to work out if it would affect my well earned Domain Authority. I think the new year is the perfect time for it to take place. You are invited to the beginning of a new chapter, January 2018, stay tuned. look forward to better photography, more live content on the blog, YouTube, more style posts and a new vibe in general.

2. That 'Shop' button on the homepage

When starting a brand there a lot of decisions that come with deciding what direction to go in. I am working on something super cool, vintage and very me. So any like minded fashion lovers, stay tuned cause I am freaking excited.

3. Vroom, Vroom.

I'm actually going to continue my driving lessons that I haven't done since I was 18, 5 whole years ago and hopefully pass my test and hopefully get a car. Once I went to University, driving was the last thing on my list. I didn't need to drive in Southampton because every thing I needed to do was in walking distance so I put it on the back burner, now I am back and settled it's time to go. I won't post abut that stuff because it makes me cringe but fingers crossed for me on the low, please.

4. Weekends away

I only squeezed in 3 weekends away this year but they were truly the best parts of my year. Canterbury, Cardiff and Barcelona gave me that 'away' time I needed and were also so bloody fun. I'm never the one to plan these things but hoping to make more of an effort to do so in the new year.

5. Passion for fashion

Fashion and personal style posts is one of things I will be focusing on more next year. Whether anyone actually cares about my outfits or not putting together outfits has always been one of my favourite things to do. If you haven't already there's a new #FashionFridays feature on the blog where you can check out my favourite outfits of the week in the Media.

Apart from all of the above, I will be finding new yoga classes to attend, working on myself and continuing to put out positive and relatable vibes on the blog.

With Love,

Shay RS x
