Dear Humans,

'The' cake shop of all cakes shops, I give you...
I have seen this cake shop on my feed a number of times and when I saw how pretty it was and the great reviews it snuck it's way on my 'list of places to visit this year'.
It was the perfect opportunity to meet up with my best friend and indulge in some Pepper Mint Tea & Cupcakes. What more could a girl want at 11:30am in October in London?
You're right, champagne.
These cookies & cream and strawberry and champagne cupcakes were more than enough of a quick sweet treat, they were amazing and this is coming from someone who doesn't even have a sweet tooth.
We paid about £8 each and cupcakes are a fiver, justifiable with a backdrop like this one.
Peggy Porschen opened in Autumn 2010 before opening Peggy's Cake Academy in January 2011, London's first cookery school dedicated to baking alone, dreamy. The academy is located opposite Peggy Porschen in Belgravia (London Victoria).
We went on a weekday at 11:30am to avoid queues as the shop has become quite the tourist attraction. I would advise doing the same if you want a seat and to take some cute pictures without people in the background. The flowers around the door are removed over the winter seasons so Summer is best to see Peggy Porschen in it's prime.
