Dear Humans,
I have just arrived back home from a last minute trip to Jamaica for my Grandad's funeral. It was fun to get away from my everyday routine but undeniably a very sad time. I am a self-proclaimed over-thinker who thrives from organisation, you can imagine the extreme anxiety levels I encountered when I had to prepare for my holiday in just a few days. A little holiday guide would have been a dream at a time like that, so this little holiday guide blog is for times like those and for the humans who aren't as organised as they plan to be every new year.

I am always into upping my beauty regime for holidays, after all if I am going to be in a beautiful place I want to feel like the best version of myself. I do not typically get acrylic nails but for my holidays I am off to the nail shop for my nails and toes, I decide what hairstyle I want and go to my amazing cousin @cocobexy_xx as she kills it every time. All body hair is removed, eyebrows are tidied and I make sure I have renewed all of my skin care products.

Planning my holiday outfits day-by-day means I do not struggle to put outfits together and I rarely overpack. I also have time to make sure my accessories go with all of my outfits. Trainers and leggings are in my case no matter where I travel just incase I work out as well as, dinner outfits, beachwear, shorts, night life outfits, comfortable travel clothing and at least one pair of heels (depends on the holiday).
In addition to this, I ensure all of my liquids over 100ml are packed in my case and if they have been opened prior to the holiday then I sellotape the cap just incase it pops open mid air.

Anything you will need or want on the plane should be packed into your hand luggage bag. I usually have a good book, notepad and pen, anything irreplaceable, my laptop, my Mac Studio Fix powder, any liquids 100ml or less i.e lipgloss, deodorant and hand-cream. My phone chargers are also packed into my hand luggage as you can charge your devices on planes these days, socks as my feet tend to get chilly on long-haul flights, chewing gum for when my ears pop and a neck pillow for those inflight naps.
