How ya doing? It's been a while since I have written a date night post, did you read my last post on the amazing Clos Maggiore? It has one of the most beautiful dining spaces I have ever seen. Hidden in Covent Garden this delightful restaurant offers you astounding scenery and delicious food.
For babe's birthday we went to Hakkasan for dinner which was lovely. Neither of us had been there before so this was the perfect excuse to eat good food and spend money.
Uber, birthday pictures and chill.
What we ate
I forgot to note down the names and prices so bare with me, I'm still getting the hang of this restaurant blog life.
1. Noodles with Lobster and Prawn £12 - Estimate
2. Pork Chops £29 - Estimate
3. King Prawns with Cashew Nuts and Chilli (Minus the chilli) £24 - Estimate
We also ordered a mouthwatering egg fried rice which babe said was 'The best egg fried rice he had ever tasted.'
I was definitely craving this meal the next day and made sure I over ate by squeezing in every last prawn, they were crispy yet perfectly juicy inside. Every prawn lover knows you do not waste not one prawn. The noodles were full of flavour and gave me life but as a sauce lover I just had to add some soy sauce to give them that extra flavour. The staff and cocktails were equally amazing and I will definitely be going back in the near future. 9/10 overall from me, nom nom.
"Babe can you take pictures for my blog please?"
